- 1961 - Establishment of ISTEC, the Higher Institute of Science, Technology, Economics, and Commerce.
- 1978 – Official recognition by the French government, affirming ISTEC’s academic standing.
- 1986 – ISTEC’s diploma approved by the Ministry of Higher Education, Research, and Innovation
- 2013 - The Bachelor’s degree receives official accreditation from the Ministry of Higher Education.
- 2020 – The French Ministry of Higher Education officially approves the Diplôme Visé Bac+5 (Master’s degree).
- 2022 - ISTEC becomes a member of AACSB, marking the start of its international accreditation process
